Wood panels often move through several machines and workstations before a project is complete. Along the way, sensitive surfaces need protection, while individual components must remain organized and easy to access.
The new Deltarack brush-protected transport rack range is designed for these challenges. With four purpose-built models, each available in Standard and High versions, the range accommodates standard, thicker and oversized panels throughout the workshop.
Protect panel surfaces and simplify handling
Sensitive panel surfaces can get damaged when they come into direct contact with a rack or other components. That’s why the new range uses brushes at the side, base and rear contact points to help protect panels throughout production.
In the slotted section, each panel has its own position, keeping components separated and directly accessible. Instead of unloading an entire stack, operators can access the component they need. Panels can also be grouped by project, creating a more structured workflow between production steps.
One range for different panel handling needs
WBR80.150: 32 brush-protected slots optimized for 18–19 mm panels, ideal for everyday handling of cabinet and furniture components.
WBR80.180: 38 slots, combining 32 positions for 18–19 mm panels with six wider positions for components up to 36 mm thick.
WBR110.150 Hybrid: 32 brush-protected slots for standard panels, combined with A-frame-style support for oversized components.
WBR110.180 Hybrid: 38 slots for standard and thicker panels, plus dedicated A-frame-style support for oversized components.
Both hybrid models feature a carpet-covered base on the oversized-panel side for additional protection.
Each model comes in two heights. Standard provides a compact handling profile, while High adds an extra brush level to support longer and taller components. This creates eight core variants.

Move panels through your workshop with ease
The transport racks can be moved using a pallet jack or forklift. Optional wheel sets with 125 mm or 160 mm swivel casters provide additional mobility, while hybrid models can be equipped with a safety clamp for oversized panels.All configurations are delivered as flat-pack kits and feature modular assembly, making them practical to ship, assemble and use in the workshop.
Find the right configuration for your workshop
Choose a 32-slot model for standard panels or a 38-slot model when handling different panel thicknesses. For oversized components, choose a hybrid configuration. Need additional vertical support? Select the High version.
